I was intrigued when I saw this Naveh CleanEars 15ml Ear Wax Removal Spray, with the spray nozzle on it, and I'm glad I got it!  It feels good when you spray it and are able to get it deep inside your ear.  You can feel it sort of crackling in there, breaking up the earwax.  It leaves your ears feeling clean and fresh.
