Coming strictly from my personal preference, it just wasn't for me. I found it to be more painful than pain relieving, and I felt that it was rather cheaply made. It appeared to be more of a child's toy than an adult massager. That being said, the vibration intensity was not bad, and the unit was small and easy to maneuver. Overall I believe it would be great for someone other than me, but I unfortunately wouldn't recommend it to my friends.
