these make my face so smooth, one down fall is they hurt your ears. So make sure to strech them out for a few mins prior to wearing, i did wear my during the day then tried at night. the time i wore it at night i seem to have better results in the morning and then i didn't bother as much with being discomorfatble with my ears.
