First and foremost, these look a lot like a pair I have that's from Germany. The only difference is the color, however the design is pretty much identical to my other one. I have a bad knee, from wrestling, and these types of braces have been a godsend for me. The gel pad on the knee cap helps immensely, while side plastic straps on the side, help support my joints. I highly recommend this for Crossfit, wrestling, and/or Jiujitsu.
