Not sure it is working

I have a very hard time reviewing things like these probiotics because I don't know how to tell if they are really working or not. I don't feel any different when taking them. I don't have any problems with flatulance, bloatedness, or stomach issues, but have wondered if I have leaky gut syndrome, so figured I would try them out to see if it helps me regulate that some. But how do you measure success in something like that? All of that said, these are not only probiotics, but also have Matcha in them. Here are all the things their Amazon listing says they do: Promote Calmness, Enhance Mood and Health, Promote Weight Loss, Boost Immune System, Lower Cholesterol, Increase Energy, Detoxify Naturally, Promote Leaky Gut Repair, Restore Natural Digestive Balance. I have taken them now for the past 2 weeks and haven't felt any different nor have I noticed anything. But I never seem to notice anything when I take over the counter or all natural supplements. I simply don't have luck with things like this, though others have great success. Give it a try and see if it might work for you.
