great for sports

The fabric is very comfortable and the extra strength fastener straps give you full customized support around your wrist, hand, and palm. This is very important because if you isolate and support your wrists and hands iit allows your joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons to heal without further damaging them.  With with the stress, pressure and movement off of them they are able to heal much faster.  This is pefect for anyone who plays sports but this had helped me with golfing.  This is the only one that I have tried that has actually helped me while I was golfing
