So I got this in hopes that it would be a good fit for me to use while I use my AUX cord on my iPhone XS max. I have an otterbox semetry case and my phone, with the case fits in there, barley, but it does. It charges while on the charger. I cannot have my phone in landscape mode, it points down all the time. It will not tighten enough to keep stableized. The auto expanding arms do not go very wide compaired to my phone width but it does the job in that aspect. The arms do not stay extended very long and sometimes I have to open it a few times to get my phone in the craddle. If I move in front or around the charger, it tries to open. I DO like the fact that the bottom feet extend to properly fit my phone. I like the fact that the arms extend. I think I will continue to shop around to make sure I am able to get the features this one lacks.
