Yes yes yes!  I have thatv one neighbor who  only seems to let his dog outside only at night, every nightnight, all night,  and you have to be at work early in the morning and find yourself unable to fall asleep at night because the dog howls and barks all night long which other dogs them do the same All night long and you are exhausted from little to no sleep you need this little device in your life.. I have little ankle biting yappers that unnecessarily  bark at nothing sometimes as well and I press the button on this thing AND SILENCE! VERY effective for bothe neighbor dog as well as training mine..I love it and I will never not have one of these
