I was tired of taking drugs every day for my back pain and have been looking into other ways to get some relief. I have a cushion that helps when I sit but you can’t sit all day, a friend of mine suggested a belt and after much research I got this one. It is easy to put on velcro, so you can make it as loss or tight as you want. It has really given me a lot of relief. You need to ware it over a shirt you might sweat, and it will chafe, and it says not to ware more then 4 hours at a time. This belt is very well made it stretches, this belt has really helped with my back pain and made it, so I don’t have to take so many over the counter pain relivers. I am so glad I got this item because I was not able to do many things like shovel snow or even vacuum the rug without pain.
