Love love this

I would like to begin with how I used the steam mop but all that did was not pick up the dirt but sanitize. Therefore I love that it actually picks up doggie hair and we have two dogs one of which keeps drooping hair everywhere she is a lab. This is the first one that actually worked on picking her hair up. Also I love the fact that it goes under everything, plus there is 4 pads which I love. Also quality made so much so it was hard for me to put together without directions in english. I would give 5 stars if it was easier to put together also I would say this it mops great and goes places I never thought iwth 360 degree rotations.
