This is a nice pet grooming kit that also works great for keeping the kids and husband properly groomed. It is powered by a standard button-top 18650 Lithium Ion battery rated at 1800mAh (included) and is easily replaceable. The battery charges right in the clippers using the included USB charging cable.
The clippers have a stainless steel fixed blade and ceramic power blade. The unit is adjustable for length from 0.8mm to 2.0mm and also includes 3.6.9. and 12mm comb attachments. It has a large red LED digital readout that displays battery charge when turned on and also when charging. Controls include the on/off button and +/- speed control buttons. It is comfortable in the hand and operates quietly. It cuts very well. You will be happy with this trimmer.
Note: please understand that the cutters are fine, not coarse, so it will work great on our family and on fine-haired pets, but not very well on coarse coats.
