I toyed with 4 stars but the mask is so great I went with 5. It's the cord. It's so short that I can't comfortably lay in bed to wear the mask.
The mask is soft velvet like material on both sides. The elastic band is easily adjustable and wide enough to be comfortable for long periods of time.
The seams are well sewn.
No runs, snags or loose thread.
The heat is fabulous on my eyes any time I am experiencing dry eyes I pop this on and relax. It's amazing!
