These insoles are wonderful! They provide me with the additional support that I need. I hike, walk and jog a lot. My poor feet get so much exercise, and are in a desperate need of constant support. I feel like I’m walking in the clouds. I like that you can trim these insoles to any size you need. I’m very happy with this purchase, and will definitely buy a few more insoles for my other shoes.
