I received my handheld wand massager and the design is wonderful. I had to find the charging port which is at the narrow tip. Once charged, the massager vibrated and did a series of pulse vibrations that were very strong. The problem is that it's too small to target large muscles and too large to fit . . . anywhere. I'm not really sure how this should be used at all.
