It sticks in place on my car dash with the use of the plate from my other dash mount. The phone holder secure locks my iPhone xs and can be extended.
PROS:
Sticky base suction.
360 degrees rotation.
Easy to assemble and comes with vent mount.
CONS:
The push button at the back must be fully held and depressed to remove your device. This button is kind of not sensitive to press to release function.
