I got this soon after ordering and in great condition. Its a three in one curling iron, crimper and a hair brush straightener and all three work great plus it has dual voltage and I don't have to wait a real long time for it to heat up. I have always had problems with my hair not wanting to curl I have really long hair but I didn't have that problem with this one curled the first time I used it so I'm very happy with this curling iron plus if my hair is staticy then I can brush it with this and it helps with that too. I haven't had any problems with it or found something I don't like about it yet.
