That is the least I can say about this probiaotic! It also has great weightloss benefits that will help me get my diabetes under control, prebiotics and match green tea. This MatchBiotics Pro-15 Organic Match Probiotic is time released so that when I take it I don't get all of the benefits right after and then none the rest of the day, I get them through out the whole day. This also didn't give me the after taste burps that I usually get. You know the ones that taste like youhave been eating dead grass? I already feel better after taking them and I will continue because I love the benefits!
