The first tube that you use to prime your lashes was dry so the fibers don't stick to your lashes.
I added a few drops of Opti Free contact lens cleaner and was able to use the the duo.
My lashes don't have the POW that the pictures show.
They 3d fibers flake terribly even when I added a finishing coat of my mascara.
I'm not at all impressed with Pevor. The pictures show 3 coats on my lashes.
