Got these as a little surprise for the wife (she's a clothing and make up addict) and she immediately got excited at new colors to play with. The red one is more of an orange but paired with the right eye shadow and other cosmetics makes for a bold look. And as the wife says, you wear make up to be seen, not blend into the croud! The liner has a nice sharp point but isn't one to get mushy. The colors (orange-red,chocolate brown, and wine) go on easily however they need multiple coats to get their true color to show. They also stay on well after drying for 30 seconds or so. She had to use her favorite make up removal wipes to get them off once set, so they won't leave marks on glasses or other things.

For the price these are wonderful lipsticks. The chocolate brown has a deep rich chocolaty color, the wine has a lucious sheen to it, and the orangish red has a bright glow. They don't dry the lips and do not feel sticky or cake-y. They will make a great addition to your lipstick arsenal.
