The perfect way to stay cool when working outdoors

I bought this because we live in a state that has very high temps and when working in the yard it can be very unbearable so when I seen this I just had to give it a try and I have to say this works great and it does seem to keep you cool and it is a great way to wipe the sweat from your face too.
