Excellent hands-free cell phone holder that’s ideal for using while exercising. It allows me to be able to talk on the cell phone and/or watch a movie via the cellphone while exercising. 

Plus, this handy little device is very flexible. It’s easy to bend can be rotated 360°. It also has firm grip clips that can firmly hold any cell phone between 3.5 and 5 inches wide.
