Nice spring, easy to use, not intrusive and doesn't get in the way much. This is a well-made capo that that clamps down across the fingerboard of the guitar and shortens the length of all the strings at the same time. The strings play in higher pitches now than they do without the capo. The way this capo is made, it should last for years. I got this one as a gift for my husband and he likes it.
