The title pretty much says it all. The night I received these grill mats, I tested one; a...trial by fire you might say. It was the first time in my family's memory that ALL the hamburgers were delivered to the table whole. You know as well as I do that grilling burgers is a hard thing to do. If you aren't careful (even when you are), grease flares will light those burgers up and put some crunch in 'em before you know it. I mean..if you like them black and crispy then this ain't for you.
If, however, you like them non-broken and non-charred? Buy you some mats!
