I am very pleased with the taste of this tea. I believe that it definitely is relaxing and soothing. Tonight will tell if it helps me to fall asleep faster. I appreciate that it is sugar-free and while I'm not a big honey fan, I absolutely love the flavor of this tea. I plan on trying more of their flavors in the future.
