This is a great alternative to arm bands that I have tried (and failed) to use in the past. I love having easy access to my phone. The swivel allows me to move the phone from portrait to landscape in a second. The velcro band is strong and secure and fits very nicely on my small wrist. Glad to finally have a fitness phone apparatus that works!
