This belt helps my support my back when I go on my walks or shopping. 

Shopping and simply walking are extremely painful for me. This helps to support my back and ease the pain.

I like that it adjusts, as many times after my walks, my body bloats. With the ability to adjust the belt, I can releive the pressure.
