I love how soft they are and they are adjustable to fit snug but not super tight.  I had a headache so I got a chance to try them out.  I did find that the grey one did not help my heache but felt like I got some energy.   The black one is perfect for headaches and stress.  I am planing on buying them as gift for the girls in my life for Christmas.
