Never received

Item was never sent even though tracking info sent to Amazon.  When contacted they said "sorry item canceled by third party. Resend?".  I said "resend".  When I contacted a second time they said I should have read their first response--item cancelled by third party.  Rating based on customer service NOT item--since I never received item.  Was really looking forward to giving to grand daughter for birthday--now to late to get here in time.
