This is very easy to use and I would say the quality is good. This is self inflating sleeping pad it inflate itself but not that fast if you can't wait just help and blow the valve and inflate it faster. I can say its comfy to lay down on it it's not to thick and its not to thin it's just enough to give your back comfortable feeling. This sleeping pad is waterproof so no worries for dirt and water spills it's easy to clean.
