This is a nice set of hand strengthening rings.  I’ve been noticing that as I get older, my grip doesn’t seem as strong as it used to be.  So I’m happy to have these.  They’re made with grippy spots all around, as well as being knobby, making them easy to grip and hang with j to.  And it’s a nice set because as I get stronger, I can move up to the next ring that has more resistance.  Pretty soon nothing will stop me!
