got these because I work in a warehouse, and sometimes I have to box up a lot of stuff, but my arms get cut by the boxes and packing material. I have tried wearing long sleeve shirts, and layering, but I always get too hot. These I will be able to pull on and off when I need them to protect my arms when packing. I'm so glad I found these.
