This menstral cup has truly amazing quality.  I highly recommend.  It came in a liitle box and had instructions for care.  After boiling it for 10 min, I let it dry and used it with my most recent menstral cycle.  I litterally went all day with it in and I didn't feel anything.  I inserted it that morning while in the shower, and removed it that evening while in the bath (about 14 hours later).  It's worth your money! #RankBoosterReview #Sponsored #Hesta
