Not really an air freshener.I like this little device. I did notice that it was easier to breathe in my car after passing through dusty areas, or heavily polinated areas. I'm not exactly sure how it's supposed to be an air freshener as it didn't give off a scent, so perhaps the description simply meant that it freshened up the hair. It's a nice little thing to have in your car, especially for those with allergies. I like it, and would probably buy again.
