I received this nasal aspoirator for my grandson who is a toddle so that might be perhaps it was not successful for me.  I seemed like the bulb is very small so it does not create enough suction to really suck it out.  The tubes it comes with we had no success with.  But it did work fine just had to work at it because he's a toddler.  Will work great on an infant !!
