Great concept? Needs improvement

I was so excited to receive these. The color matched my kitchen . I intended to throw all my old utensils away.  When It arrived my son put it together and I Could swear there was parts missing lol. The broom is extremely short and the bristles are not very strong. The product seems durable and the color was perfect.   House chores are exhausting enough without having  Extra exertion of bending to use the product productively.
