Helped my back

This TENS Unit/ EMS Unit really helped my back pain. My upper back muscles were tightening up one night and I put this on my upper back where it was tightening up and within a few seconds the tightness was gone. I continued to leave it on for 10 more minutes and I had no problems the rest of that night or since. I have also used it on my lower back where I encounter a lot of pain daily and it helped ease that also. The screen is easy to read and the instruction are straight forward and easy to understand. I had no problem controlling this unit. You are able to adjust the timer on this in case you forget how long you’ve had it on because it is said not to overdo it. On the unit the TENS has 8 presets and the EMS has 6 presets. The presets range from continuous, bursting, and alternating modes. It comes with four 2″ x 2″ latex free electrode pads, two 3.5″ x 2″ latex free electrode pads, and two lead wires. When not in use it has a storage bag.
