From time to time some repairs to wiring have to be made and I just got a small pack of these to try out as I'm used to butt splices or connections that I have to solder.  I got to use one for the first time and with my small torch I fused the wires together. Awesome.  No plugging up an iron and waiting for it to get to temp.
