Just OK

I'm a bit disappointed in this collar. I purchased two different ones for a friend. One from this company, one from another, so I could compare the quality. The leather on this one is not as heavy duty. It's very flexible, it's soft. The buckle closure is nice, it's attached with a rivet very securely. The color is accurate, the font is accurate. But they completely messed up the phone number, as you can see in the picture. I listed it as (area code) xxx-xxxx. They did not put the second ) in. So, while the number is correct and she won't get lost, I think it makes it look cheap and I'm just disappointed. 

It comes in 5 colors, several sizes and there is a lot of customization you can do including a small collection of graphics, various fonts, and what wording you can place on the collar.
