I use this for my Tig who just so happens to be a chubby adult guinea pig. I would recommend this for smaller animals such as cats, small dogs, and of course the best of the pet world rodent friends :). It is soft and arrived on time. It seems to hold up well against my little chewer but he is smaller so I can not judge how well it would survive a dog chew down. Overall I would purchase again and recommend to my friends.
