This should have, could have been so perfect. If they hadn't skimped on the two tiny little pins that held the top of the compact together..I'm guessing about half a cent..then the top wouldn't have fallen off, leaving the shadows exposed and open to damage.
Very disappointing as their products are waterproof, highly pigmented and extremely long lasting. In this case, I'll never know over two little pins...
