The Receiver doesn't indicate charged status

The order was shipped quickly and arrived on time. Thanks to Amazon Prime. I ordered this as a backup mic for my existing Karaoke wireless system.
What I like:
Portable and easy to operate.
Wireless connection is good on average distance.
Rechargeable receiver.
What I don't like:
The receiver does not indicate when fully charged status (Red LED light still illuminated after an hour charging).
Low volume wireless microphones.
Cheaply made and very light construction.
