It was hard for me to get use to something in my nose at first.
I am told that do snore a LOT less with these Purcon dialators. I actually feel very rested.
These are comfortable to wear.
They arrive in a small plastic clam shell with a mirror on one side.
I love that these have a case so they are easy to travel with and also don't get lost in my nightstand.
