I have some gadgets that offer partial relief like chiropractic bars and other massage tools, and I've also tried other automated massagers, including a device similar to this one; however, this one had a cheaper plastic internal massage mechanism that broke after just four uses. On the upside, it did massage my neck deeper, and lasted longer than fingers on the best masseuse can. It helped make the pain more tolerable, which is a win in my book!
