I was in a pretty bad car wreck when I was 17. I have had problems with my spine and neck being in alignment since then. I go to the chiropractor every chance I can but sometimes you have to do things at home to keep aligned. I do a lot of crafts and tis the season to be sitting on the floor and wrapping gifts, sometimes a normal pillow doesn’t work. Since I got this @CalilyHealth tailbone seat cushion, I haven’t had near the problems that I usually have. I use this cushion on the floor, my desk chair, the kitchen chair when I am sewing and it's been amazing to not hurt for sitting so long. Especially at my desk. I sit there the most and the padding has worn thin. I just plop this cushion down and I can sit there and work/game without any problems with my back hurting. This is a great thing to have handy and even a great gift.
