When you have a job where you are on your feet all day like I do, you need a little extra help for those feet. These insoles by Dr. Foot have been a good thing for my feet. They come in 3 sizes, XS, Med. And Large. Me and my big feet had to have a large.
They give my arches that extra support and decreases the pressures to my feet. The way the heel part of these insoles are made it sort of provides a cradle around the heel of your foot.
The insoles are made with memory foam on the top layer and also have anti-sweat and antibacterial on the top layer. They were a little harder than I was expecting, but they worked for my old feet and that’s what mattered.
