I've used other face masks in the past and never gotten much help in terms of sleep. With these, that just isn't true anymore. I've been sleeping so well with these on, and I wouldn't trade them for much of anything. With heated up, there's virtually no time anymore that I won't sleep within a minute or 2 of going to bed at night.
