This shirt feels so thin yet keeps me so warm. I love wearing a tank top under it and I'm good to go. I don't know how this thin thing is helping hold the heat but it really keeps me warm without a lot of bulk. Now it wouldn't keep me very warm in the snow but I live down south and we hardly ever see snow so for my type of cold weather, this works great!
