After having replaced once thinking the one we had was defective, my thoughts haven't changed a lot. It is a cute watch and for just SOS use...probably fine. It was the other features that we were unable to ever get to work.
Our little one wears it and enjoys it so we kept it. But, at the price point, it might be asking a little much for all those features to operate perfectly.
