So I have been using this over a month now and really see no difference in results. It is fit snug and I do the suggestive time on it. It's not exactly made like a machine that seems like it would work well. I still gave it the benefit of the doubt and unfortunately it was a no go for me. I wouldn't even bother purchasing it. Almost like having a tense unit which is cheaper.
