I was not happy with this hot/ cold massage ball. I could not get it to get warm or stay warm. The cold was too cold for me. The surface of the ball that touches your skin is not much area. I wide ball might of worked better for me. I will have to find another way to relieve pain. An old fashion ice pack works for me better.
